Barbell Standard Loadable Dumbbell Bars (Pair)
Plate-loaded dumbbell handles built from the same 206,000 PSI steel, bronze bushings and medium knurling as the Barbell Standard Barbell 2000. Each bar is 16.5" long, shorter than the common 20.5" handle, which leaves more room for range of motion, and is rated for a 210 lb static load.
Length
At 16.5", the bars are easier to maneuver on rows, presses and curls than 20.5" handles.

Rated for a 210 lb static load per bar.
Rotation
Bronze bushings let the sleeves rotate smoothly.
Adjustable and Space-Saving
Change the weight on each dumbbell with plates instead of storing a full rack of fixed dumbbells.
