Barbell Standard Foam 3-in-1 Plyo Box
A 30" x 24" x 20" foam plyo box with a high-density EPE foam core and a textured, non-slip vinyl cover. The foam absorbs impact and is soft enough to reduce the risk of scraped shins and bruises, and the textured vinyl helps keep the box from sliding. The heavy-duty cover holds up outdoors and is gentle on indoor floors.

Three Heights
Clearly marked 20", 24" and 30" heights for box jumps, step-ups, dips, incline and decline push-ups, box squats, split squats, stretching and more. It arrives fully assembled and weighs 16 lb, so it's easy to move around a garage gym.
