This 5' x 8' x 8' Carbon Smart sauna room uses carbon fiber far-infrared heating panels built into the wall paneling instead of a traditional stove. It runs at a lower room temperature, around 120-140F, with infrared wavelengths in the 4-14 micron range that heat the body directly rather than the air.
