This 7' x 10' x 8' indoor sauna room kit is built from clear-grade Western Red Cedar tongue-and-groove paneling on the walls, ceiling, and benches, with a foil vapor barrier behind the panels for insulation. It ships as pre-built, disassembled panels for on-site assembly, with a pre-hung Douglas Fir door with a glass panel, cedar duckboard flooring, vent grills, a vapor-proof sauna light, and a bucket, ladle, and thermometer included. Wiring conduit for a heater hookup is pre-installed in the walls; the heater is sold separately.
